This website is owned and Operate by SUNRISE MAGNETS LLC, A small business creates custom photo magnets, Custom Photo Keychain’s made to order. Each product is crafted with care, based on the image you submit.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms in full. These terms apply to all users of the site, If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services.

2. Custom Products:

All our products are custom-made based on the photo / image you provide.
You have the legal right to use that image.
It does not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.
We reserve the right to reject any photo that violates these terms.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or mistakes made by the customer (e.g.,sending blurry or incorrect images).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the image is high-quality and that they have the legal right to use it.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through credit card, PayPal, or other available checkout options.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping:

We currently ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico.
Processing time (crafting your magnet) takes approximately 2 to 3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier selected, Location or volume.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information when available.

5. Cancellations / Returns and Refunds

Because each product is custom-made, We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives incorrect by mistake by us.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or our contact form. Read our full Return & Refund Policy.

In case the error was on our end, To assist you, we will need:

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

• A photo of the packaging if it arrived damaged.

Cancellations are only accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

All designs, text, logos, photos, and content on this website are the property of Sunrise Magnets
Product images shown on our website or social media (including photos created using customer images) may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing.

You may noy copy, reproduce, or use any content without permission.

7. Prohibited Use:

You may not use our site to:

Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Violate local, state, national, or international laws.
Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code.

All products offered by Sunrise Magnets, including custom photo magnets and any other items, are not designed to be used as toys.

These products should not be handled by small children or pets. Magnets can pose a choking hazard or cause serious injury if swallowed or improperly used.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the proper use of any purchased product. By placing an order with Sunrise Magnets, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this warning, and you release Sunrise Magnets from any liability arising from the misuse of its products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on this page and continued use of our site implies acceptance of any chnages.
