At Sunrise Magnets – Every order is handmade with love and care. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your personalized items before shipping. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery to Canada typically takes 3-7  business days.

Shipping Policy – Canada

  • Estimated delivery time to Canada: between 3-7  business days, depending on the postal service and the customer’s location.

  • Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

  • Customs and duties: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We have no control over these additional charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

We encourage our Canadian customers to check their local customs policies before placing an order.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door. Shipping times vary depending on the postal service and your location — sometimes it may take a little longer during holidays or unexpected delays.

Lost Packages

Once your package is handed to the postal service, we can’t be held responsible for delays, lost, or stolen shipments. If something goes wrong, don’t worry — we’ll do our best to help guide you in contacting the carrier and tracking it down.
